Dr. Tobey, a sculptor as well as a dentist, was trained at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated "With Honors", before being selected to enter the Post Doctoral Graduate Program which gave him three more years of advanced training in Prosthodontics (the aesthetic repairing or replacment of teeth) and Periodontics (gum specialist).
