They are excited about what they do, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are dedicated to achieving the best results for our family of patients. All of our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals with many hours of training. We pride ourselves on patient education and communication, as well as the quality of our care. Feedback from our patients about an experience in our office is always welcomed. Beshou will most likely be the person answering the telephone, and she can answer any questions about scheduling, insurance and fees. She may have Halina or Jennifer discuss any of your questions about treatments and procedures that you may have. Regardless, Beshou will usually be at the front desk when you arrive. Halina and Jennifer are our Dental Assistants, and they will be able to talk to you about the technical aspects of any treatments you may need. As they are working with Dr. Tobey during the actual treatment, they will be available to answer any questions about a whole range of topics from bleaching of your teeth to what to expect during certain more involved procedures. Kathie and Susan are our Dental Hygienists and they have a wealth of knowledge about caring for your teeth and gums. They will be doing the periodontal maintenance appointments ("cleanings"), and will work with you to achieve the highest level of health specifically for your mouth. They can talk to you about what can be done to help you with everything from minimizing bad breath to controlling periodontal disease and decay. And, of course, Dr. Tobey is always willing to explain any procedure, and will be happy to answer any of your questions.
