Since our primary goal is your utmost comfort, we offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. VISA and MasterCard are accepted, as well as cash and personal checks. We also have access to a credit company that is able to spread your payments out over time. Please call if you have any questions. If you have dental insurance, please bring all the relevant information which would include insurance company, employer, group number, etc. Your benefits office should supply you with the information if you do not have it readily available. Most insurance companies will only pay a portion of the fees and so you should plan on paying the full fee for the first appointment until we learn what your particular plan will pay. If you do not have Dental Insurance, please plan on paying the full fee for each visit at the time of service. At the time of scheduling any complex treatments, the expected payment arrangement will be explained. CANCELLATIONS Please be aware that we need at least 24 hours notice of any change of appointment, to allow us to schedule another patient who is in need of treatment.
